摘 要:目的:探讨体育锻炼对大学生手机成瘾的影响及心理困扰在其中的中介作用。方法:采用体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)、大学生手机成瘾量倾向量表(MPATS)和凯斯勒心理困扰量表(K10),对湖北省5所高校共526名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:①体育锻炼与手机成瘾、心理困扰呈显著负相关(r=-0.22,-0.21;P<0.01),心理困扰与手机成瘾之间呈正相关(r=0.45,P<0.01)。②体育锻炼不仅负向预测大学生手机成瘾(B=-0.15,P<0.001),同时负向预测心理困扰(B=-0.88,P<0.001),心理困扰正向预测大学生手机成瘾(B=0.07,P<0.001);心理困扰在体育锻炼影响手机成瘾的过程中起中介作用,中介效应比为42.76%。结论:体育锻炼不仅可以直接改善大学生手机成瘾问题,还可通过心理困扰间接改善大学生手机成瘾。Objective:To examine the relationship between physical exercise and mobile phone addiction among college students,and to test the mediating role of psychological distress.Methods:The Physical Activity Rating Scale(PARS-3),Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale(MPATS),and the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10)were used to investigate 526 college students from 5 universities in Hubei Province.Results:Physical exercise was significantly and negatively associated with mobile phone addiction and psychological distress(r=-0.22,-0.21;P<0.01),psychological distress was positively correlated with mobile phone addiction(r=0.45,P<0.01).Physical exercise was not only negatively predicted mobile phone addiction(B=-0.15,P<0.001)but also negatively predicted psychological distress(B=-0.88,P<0.001),psychological distress was positively predicted mobile phone addiction(B=0.07,P<0.001).Moreover,psychological distress played an mediating role in the relationship between physical exercise and mobile phone addiction,and the proportion of the mediating effect was 42.76%.Conclusion:Physical exercise not only directly improves college students’mobile phone addiction,but also indirectly improve mobile phone addiction among college students through psychological distress.
