海南地方习用药材鹧鸪茶质量标准研究

摘　　要：为建立海南地方习用药材鹧鸪茶的质量标准,依据2020年版《中国药典》中药质量标准研制的要求,对鹧鸪茶药材的性状、显微特征、水分、总灰分、浸出物等指标进行测定。结果明确了鹧鸪茶药材的性状和显微结构特征,建立了具有专属性的薄层鉴别方法;建议鹧鸪茶药材水分不得超过15.0%、总灰分不得超过13.0%、水溶性浸出物含量不得少于18.0%。本研究建立的鹧鸪茶药材质量标准可为其质量控制提供参考。Mallotus furetianus(Bail)Muell-Arg(partridge tea)is a native medicinal plant in the Hainan province.Its charac-teristics,microscopic characteristics,water contents,total ash,extract,etc.,were identified based on the requirements for the quality standard of crude drugs in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).Results characteristics and microstructure of partridge tea were clarified,and an exclusive thin layer-chromatography identification method for partridge tea was estab-lished.It is suggested that the water content of partridge tea should not exceed 15.0%,the total ash content should not exceed 13.0%,and the water-soluble extract content should not be less than 18.0%.These results could provide a reference for estab-lishing a standard quality system for partridge tea.
