湛江地区菠萝产业发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：菠萝是热带和亚热带四大名果之一,享有“罐头之王”的美称。我国菠萝产量位居世界第四。随着菠萝产业的稳定,国内外贸易市场进一步开放,菠萝产业必定要通过进一步的转型升级来占据市场主导地位。菠萝是湛江地区最具代表性的水果,在全国更是流传着“每3个菠萝就有一个来自于徐闻”的赞誉。基于实地调研走访的形式,针对湛江市的雷州市和徐闻县的省、市级菠萝龙头加工企业,从品种选育、成品采摘、加工类别及现状、存在的技术问题等方面进行探讨,并就发现的问题提出对策建议,以期为菠萝产业的发展提供一定的参考价值。Pineapple is one of the tropical and subtropical four famous fruits,enjoying the“king of canned”reputation.Chi-nese pineapple output is the fourth in the world.With the stability of the pineapple industry and the further opening of the domestic and foreign trade markets,the pineapple industry must dominate the market through further transformation and up-grading.Pineapple is one of the most representative fruit industries in Zhanjiang,and it is said that one out of every three pineapples comes from Xuwen.Based on the on-the-spot investigation visit to Zhanjiang,Leizhou,and Xuwen,in the form of provincial and municipal pineapple leading processing enterprises in variety breeding,finished picking,processing category and the present situation,the further study of technical problems,and so on,and puts forward countermeasures and sugges-tions for the questions found.It is hoped to provide some reference value for the development of the pineapple industry.
