摘　　要：怒江茶叶已有六十多年的栽培历史,已慢慢发展为地方重要农业产业之一,在地方经济发展方面起着积极作用。分析怒江茶叶产业的发展现状和特点,运用SWOT模型分析其发展的优劣势、面临的机遇与挑战,从挖掘茶叶潜力、强化企业品牌建设、转变发展模式、优化产品结构等方面提出对策建议,为怒江茶产业稳步发展提供参考。Tea is widely distributed in Nujiang and has become one of the local economic industries.However,due to the influence of the natural environment and market factors,the industrialization of the tea industry in the Salween River has dif-ficulties.In the face of increasingly fierce competition and challenge,this paper analyzes the development of Salween River's tea industry through the SWOT model and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions there are suitable for the local tea industry.
