摘 要:传统的城市排水工程信息化管理具有业务分散的特点,且数据共享能力差,智能化、自动化水平低,难以满足全过程信息综合高效管理的需求。在综合分析的基础上,采用计算机技术、GIS技术、大数据分析技术等,设计和构建了城市排水工程全生命周期一体化管理平台,其技术体系由联审决策数字化管理技术、企业诚信评价及招投标数字化管理技术、安全质量巡检数字化管理技术、设施运维数字化管理技术、工程建设与竣工联合验收数字化管理技术5个部分组成,达到工程立项、建设、竣工验收、运维管理等全生命周期的数字化管理,实现区域范围内排水工程多部门协同智慧化监管。该技术体系在广州市进行了成功应用。The urban drainage system contains multiple different, wide-spreading parts, resulting in difficulties in data sharing, intelligence management and automotive management,as a result,it is hard to satisfy the demands in comprehensive efficient information management through the whole process. Based on the comprehensive analysis, a novel digital platform for whole lifecycle management of urban drainage system has been developed in this paper, using advanced technologies such as computer science technologies, geographic information system(GIS) and big database analytics. The system of the platform consists of five parts,which are the digital management technology of joint audit decision;the digital management technology of enterprise integrity evaluation and bidding;the digital management technology of safety and quality inspection;the digital management technology of facility operation and maintenance;and the digital management technology of project construction and completion joint acceptance. Relying on these advanced technologies,it is capable to achieve the goal of the whole lifecycle management of urban drainage engineering through every single process such as project approval, execution, closeout, operation and maintenance, contributing to the collaborative intelligence supervision of urban drainage engineering inside the given region by different organizations and departments. This technique has been successfully applied in Guangzhou.
