摘  要:地铁管片的抗裂性能对工程结构的安全性与耐久性起着决定作用,有必要对其进行分析计算与试验验证。首先通过换算截面并应用开裂公式计算得到管片的理论开裂弯矩为294.47 kN·m,采用钢筋混凝土裂缝宽度验算公式反推得到裂缝宽度0.2 mm时对应的弯矩值为337.49 kN·m。接着对管片结构进行静载抗裂试验,加载到载荷设计值时管片未开裂,满足使用要求。最后采用大型有限元软件Abaqus对管片进行了三维数值仿真分析,与试验结果比较,两者数据吻合较好,验证了模拟的有效性。通过上述三方面的研究分析,验证了管片具有较好的抗裂性能,满足使用要求。The crack resistance of subway segments plays a decisive role in the safety and durability of engineering structures,and it is necessary to analyze,calculate and test them. First,by converting the section and applying the cracking formula,the theoretical cracking moment of the segment is 294.47 kN·m,and the corresponding bending moment is 337.49 kN·m when the crack width is 0.2 mm using the reinforced concrete crack width checking formula. Then,the static load crack resistance test is carried out on the segment structure. When the load is loaded to the design value,the segment does not crack,which meets the requirements for use. Finally,the large-scale finite element software Abaqus is used to conduct a three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the segment. Compared with the test results, the two data are in good agreement,which verifies the effectiveness of the simulation. Through the research and analysis of the above three aspects,it is verified that the segment has good crack resistance and meets the requirements of use.
