摘 要:随着时代的高速发展,城市地下空间工程被更广泛应用,深基坑的开挖施工必然会对邻近建筑物造成一定的影响。以广州市某热力电厂工程为项目依托,运用Midas GTS软件模拟分析在进行深基坑开挖前,是否对场地进行真空联合堆载预压法加固软土地基处理的两种工况,比较未处理与处理后的工况的数值模拟结果,主要得到如下结论:经过场地处理后,再进行基坑开挖,基坑支护结构的水平位移、周边地表的沉降量、坑底的隆起量以及邻近建筑物的侧向位移均得到明显的改善。场地处理后的数据与实际监测数据进行对比表明,研究成果可为深厚软土地区其他类似工程提供参考。With the rapid development of the times,urban underground space engineering is more widely used. The construction of deep foundation pit excavation will inevitably have a certain impact on adjacent buildings. Based on the second phase project of a thermal power plant in Guangzhou City,Midas GTS software is used to simulate and analyze the two working conditions of whether to carry out vacuum combined surcharge preloading method to strengthen soft soil foundation treatment on the site before deep foundation pit excavation. The numerical simulation results of untreated and treated working conditions are compared. The main conclusions are as follows: after site treatment, carry out foundation pit excavation, horizontal displacement of foundation pit support structure. The settlement of the surrounding ground surface,the uplift of the pit bottom and the lateral displacement of adjacent buildings have been significantly improved. The comparison between the data after site treatment and the actual monitoring data shows that the research results of this paper can provide reference for other similar projects in deep soft soil areas.
