工业文化视角下的工业构筑物改造再利用研究——以井陉矿区正丰矿为例

摘　　要：工业文化贯穿整个工业发展进程,是工业遗产得以科学发展的关键线索。当下国内工业遗产的改造再利用主要集聚在工业建筑及工业景观上,对同样具有重要价值的构筑物的关注相对较少,对于如何实现构筑物的再利用价值需要进一步探讨。从工业文化的视角出发,以井陉矿区正丰矿为例,剖析矿区内工业构筑物的价值,从政策引导、原真性保护、功能更新等方面探究工业构筑物在再利用方面的策略及改造路径。Industrial culture runs through the entire process of industrial development and is a key for the scientific development of industrial heritage.At present,the reconstruction and reuse of domestic industrial heritage is mainly concentrated in industrial buildings and industrial landscapes,and pays relatively little attention to structures with the same important value.How to realize the reuse value of structures needs to be further explored.From the perspective of industrial culture,this paper takes Zhengfeng mine in Jingxing Mining Area as an example,analyzes the value of industrial structures in the mining area,and explores the strategies and transformation paths of industrial structures in terms of policy guidance,authenticity protection and functional renewal.
