新旧共生理论下的工业遗产建筑保护与再利用研究——以石河子市原纺织厂电影院为例

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,城市中一些曾经为特定时代生产、文化生活所需的工业厂房及其附属建筑逐渐被弃置,不仅影响了城市的发展面貌,更是对现有资源的浪费。本文基于对新旧共生理念本质的认识,以石河子市原纺织厂电影院为例,基于其原有建筑的功能,分析其建筑空间关系,采用功能置换的方式改造建筑内部空间,并结合旧建筑中置入“廊桥”的结构置换方式,对旧建筑空间进行重新激活,在保护旧建筑建筑形式的同时赋予旧建筑以新的生机活力,达到新旧建筑融合共生的目的,满足人们对现代生活的需要。With the needs of the development of the times,some old factories and their ancillary buildings once needed for production and life in the city have been gradually abandoned,which not only affects the development of the city,but also wastes the existing resources.Based on the understanding on the concept of old and new symbiosis and the old building’s function,taking the cinema of the original textile mill of Shihezi as an example,this paper analyzes the old building’s space,and uses the method of functional replacement to renovate the inner space of the old building.By replacing the structure of the old building with corridor,the space of the old building is activated.It can not only protect the form of the old building,but also endow the old building with new vitality,so as to achieve the goal of integrating the new and old buildings and meeting the people’s needs for modern life.
