摘　　要：针对传统保障性安置房受容积率、成本等限制,无法满足居民日益增长的物质文化需求的问题,本文从保障性安置房设计管理角度出发,通过分析保障房核心价值,探索出保障性安置房在均好性、社区性、适老性和品质、成本、周期控制等方面的设计管理策略,最终达到营造安全耐久、健康舒适、环境友好、舒适宜居的保障性安置房设计实践的整体目标。As the traditional housing is unable to meet the increasing material and cultural needs of the residents due to the restrictions in plot ratio, costs, etc., this paper analyzes the core value of affordable resettlement housing from the perspective of the design and management of affordable housing. Then it explores the design and management strategy of affordable housing in utilization,community, elderly-friendliness, quality, cost, and cycle control, etc.,and finally achieves the overall goal of creating safe and durable,healthy and comfortable, environmentally friendly, comfortable and livable affordable housing design practice.
