摘　　要：目的 探讨Er:YAG激光治疗种植体周围炎的效果。方法 选取郑州大学第一附属医院2019年1月至2022年1月收治的80例种植体周围炎患者作为研究对象(80枚种植体),按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各40枚种植体。观察组患者接受Er:YAG激光治疗,对照组接受碳纤维头超声洁治辅以盐酸二甲胺四环素软膏抗菌治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1、3、6个月牙周指标[牙菌斑指数(PI)、周围龈沟液量(PICF)、探诊深度(PD)]、临床疗效和治疗满意度。结果 治疗前,两组患者PI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3、6个月观察组PI降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者PICF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3、6个月两组患者PICF均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者PD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3、6个月两组患者PD均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Er:YAG激光治疗能有效改善种植体周围炎患者PI、PICF、PD,提高治疗效果及治疗满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of Er: YAG laser on peri-implantitis.Methods Eighty patients with peri-implantitis(80 implants) admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected, and the subjects were divided into two groups through the random number table methods, each with 40 implants. Observation group adopted Er: YAG laser therapy, while control group received carbon fiber head ultrasonic scaling combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment antibacterial treatment. The periodontal indexes [plaque index(PI), peri-implant crevicular fluid(PICF), probing depth(PD)] at the baseline, 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment, clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Baseline PI yielded no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05). PI at 1, 3, 6 months after treatment was notably lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05). PICF before treatment demonstrated on significant difference between two groups(P>0.05), while a decrease in PICF was detected in both groups at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment, and the PICF of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). No statistical difference was found in PD between two groups before treatment(P>0.05), while the PD showed a decrease in both groups at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment, and the decrease was more significant in observation group than in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, observation group obtained higher total efficacy rate and total satisfaction rate compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Er: YAG laser treatment can effectively improve the PI, PICF and PD of patients with peri-implantitis, and improve the treatment effect and satisfaction degree.
