摘 要:目的 探讨早期抚触联合游泳对新生儿主动肌张力、行为能力、身长、体质量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年12月于平顶山市妇幼保健院出生的100例新生儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组新生儿接受常规保健及早期抚触,观察组新生儿在对照组的基础上接受游泳干预。比较两组新生儿不同时期行为神经评分[新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)量表]、智力发育指数(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)、身长及体质量变化。结果 出生时,两组新生儿NBNA量表各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出生1个月,两组新生儿被动肌张力、一般性评价评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组主动肌张力、行为能力、原始反射能力及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿出生1个月MDI、PDI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出生3个月,两组新生儿MDI、PDI评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。出生时,两组新生儿身长、体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出生1、3个月观察组新生儿身长长于对照组,体质量大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 早期抚触联合游泳可促进新生儿神经智力及体格发育。Objective To explore the effect of early touching combined with swimming on the active muscle tension, behavioral ability, body length and body mass of newborns.Methods A total of 100 newborns born in Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The newborns in the control group received routine health care and early touching, and the newborns in the observation group received swimming intervention on the basis of the control group. The changes of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA), mental development index(MDI), psychomotor development index(PDI), body length and body mass were compared between the two groups.Results At birth, there were no differences between the two groups in the scores of neonatal NBNA scale(P>0.05). One month after birth, there were no differences between the two groups in passive muscle tension and general evaluation score(P>0.05), but the active muscle tension, behavioral ability, original reflex ability and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There were no differences in the scores of MDI and PDI between the two groups(P>0.05). At 3 months of birth, the MDI and PDI scores of newborns in both groups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). At birth, there were no differences in the length and body mass of newborns between the two groups(P>0.05). The length of newborns in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, and body mass were heavier than that in the control group at 1 and 3 months of birth(P<0.05).Conclusion Early touching combined with swimming can effectively promote the neurological intelligence and physical development of newborns.
