摘  要:目的 分析听觉统合训练联合经颅直流电刺激治疗语言发育障碍儿童的效果。方法 选取焦作市妇幼保健院2020年12月至2021年12月收治的83例语言发育障碍患儿的临床资料进行分析。根据干预方法分为观察组(42例)和对照组(41例)。对照组接受基础语言康复训练联合听觉统合训练干预治疗,观察组接受基础语言康复训练、听觉统合训练和经颅直流电刺激干预治疗。观察两组患儿治疗干预前后患儿语言功能、康复效果及家属的满意度。结果 观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组格赛尔婴幼儿发展量表(GDS)评分和感觉统合能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 听觉统合训练联合经颅直流电刺激对语言发育障碍患儿语言功能恢复具有较好效果。Objective To analyze the effect of auditory integration training combined with transcranial direct current stimulation on children with language development disorder.Methods The clinical data of 83 children with language disorders admitted to Jiaozuo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were analyzed. According to the intervention method, the observation group(42 cases) and the control group(41 cases) were divided. The control group received basic language rehabilitation training combined with auditory integration training intervention, while the observation group received basic language rehabilitation training, auditory integration training and transcranial direct current stimulation intervention. The language function, rehabilitation effect and family satisfaction of the two groups of children before and after treatment intervention were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After the intervention, the Gesell development schedules(GDS) score and sensory integration function score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auditory integration training combined with transcranial direct current stimulation has a good effect on the recovery of language function in children with language development disorders.
