PDCA模式联合护理标识在接受3D胸腔镜二尖瓣置换术治疗的老年患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨在接受3D胸腔镜二尖瓣置换术治疗的老年患者中应用计划-执行-检查-处理(PDCA)模式联合护理标识的效果。方法 选取2019年10月至2020年10月在南阳市第二人民医院接受手术治疗的108例老年二尖瓣病变患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组54例。对照组护理过程中利用护理标识,研究组在对照组基础上接受PDCA模式护理。比较两组患者手术指标、术后生活质量改善情况及护理不安全事件发生情况。结果 研究组手术时间、ICU停留时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不安全事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在3D胸腔镜二尖瓣置换术治疗的老年患者中应用PDCA模式联合护理标识,可减少围手术期不安全事件的发生,减轻对机体造成的创伤,促进术后康复。Objective To explore the effect of the application of the plan-do-check-act(PDCA) model combined with nursing signs in elderly patients undergoing 3D thoracoscopic mitral valve replacement.Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with mitral valve disease who received surgical treatment in the Second People’s Hospital of Nanyang from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received nursing logo nursing, and the research group received the PDCA mode on the basis of the control group. The operation indexes, improvement of postoperative quality of life and occurrence of unsafe nursing events were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time, ICU stay time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of unsafe events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA mode combined with nursing signs in the elderly patients treated with 3D thoracoscopic mitral valve replacement can reduce the occurrence of unsafe events during the perioperative period, reduce the trauma to the body, and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
