摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2020年12月郑州市第七人民医院收治的60例行瓣膜置换术治疗的心脏瓣膜病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组实施快速康复外科理念护理干预。比较两组患者术后恢复时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者术后恢复时间比较,实验组术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间明显早于对照组,平均住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=38.672、10.945、17.801,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较,实验组不良反应发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05)。结论:在心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术围手术期实施快速康复外科理念护理干预,能够缩短瓣膜置换术患者术后恢复时间,降低不良反应发生率,促进术后康复,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of perirapid rehabilitation and surgical care for patients with heart valve replacement surgery.Methods:Sixty patients with heart valve disease treated with valve replacement admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the study and randomly divided into control and experimental groups,with 30 cases each. The control group used conventional care, and the experimental group implemented the nursing intervention of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept. The postoperative recovery time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of first postoperative venting and first postoperative defecation in the experimental group were significantly earlier than those in the control group, and the mean hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=38.672, 10.945, 17.801, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was3.33%, which was significantly lower than that of 26.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405, P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the nursing intervention of the rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in the perioperative period of valve replacement in patients with heart valve disease can shorten the postoperative recovery time of valve replacement patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, promote postoperative recovery, and improve the quality of life of patients.
