摘  要:目的 探讨三维质控管理模式在胸腔镜食管癌根治术手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 以三维质控管理模式实施前1年及实施后1年行胸腔镜食管癌根治术的患者及相关医护人员为研究对象,分析比较实施前后的护理质量评分、接送时间、准备时间、手术时间、术中出血量、手术室各类护理风险事件发生情况,以及医生对物品准备、无菌技术、手术配合、手术室环境、护理态度的满意度评分。结果 三维质控管理模式实施后,手术室术前物品准备、器械管理、护理书写记录,以及护理人员形象、职业素养评分、医生对物品准备和护理态度的满意度评分等指标,均明显高于实施前;而接送时间、准备时间、护理风险事件总发生率均明显低于实施前。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 三维质控管理模式有助于提高胸腔镜食管癌根治术手术室护理质量、工作效率,以及医生对手术室的管理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of the three-dimensional quality control management model in operating room nursing of thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer. Methods Patients and medical staff who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer one year before and one year after the implementation of three-dimensional quality control management model were selected as the research objects. The score of nursing quality, shuttle time, item preparation time, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and the occurrence of various nursing risk events in operating room, as well as the doctors’ satisfaction rating on item preparation, aseptic technique, operation cooperation, operating room environment and nursing attitude was analyzed and compared before and after the implementation. Results After the implementation of three-dimensional quality control management model, the scores of preoperative item preparation, instrument management, nursing work coordination, nursing writing record and nursing staff image and professional quality in the operating room and the doctors’ satisfaction rating on item preparation and nursing attitude were significantly higher than before, while the shuttle time, item preparation time, and total incidence of nursing risk events were significantly lower than before. Conclusion The three-dimensional quality control management model is helpful to improve the efficiency of nursing quality and doctors’ satisfaction in the operating room of thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer.
