双腔心脏起搏器治疗老年缓慢性心律失常的效果

摘　　要：目的 分析在老年缓慢性心律失常患者中应用双腔心脏起搏器的临床治疗效果,为提高其临床干预效果提供借鉴。方法 选取 2019 年 1 月—2020 年 12 月阳谷县人民医院收治的老年缓慢性心律失常患者 80 例为研究对象,以双盲法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各 40 例。对照组患者采用单腔心脏起搏器进行治疗,研究组患者采用双腔心脏起搏器进行治疗。比较两组患者的心率、左室射血分数、心脏指数、心输出量及并发症发生率。结果 研究组心率、左室射血分数、心脏指数、心输出量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为 7.50%,明显低于对照组的 32.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.812 5,P<0.05)。结论 采用双腔心脏起搏器治疗老年缓慢性心律失常患者的临床效果明显,可有效改善患者的心脏功能,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of dual chamber pacemaker on elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia,so as to provide reference for improving its clinical intervention effect.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia admitted to Yanggu County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into study group and control group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with single chamber pacemaker,while patients in the study group were treated with dual chamber pacemaker. The heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac index,cardiac output and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac index and cardiac output in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.50% ,which was significantly lower than 32.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.812 5,P<0.05). Conclusion The dual chamber pacemaker had obvious clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia,which could effectively improve the patients’ cardiac function and reduce the incidence of complications. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
