人文关怀护理在门诊就诊患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在进行门诊就诊患者的护理时,选择人文关怀护理的效果,分析其临床可应用价值。方法方便选取2019年1—6月莆田市第一医院门诊就诊的160例患者为研究对象,依照随机数表法将其分为观察组及对照组,各80例。观察组采用人文关怀护理模式,对照组使用常规护理模式。比较两组患者的预约诊疗依从性、就诊等待时间、患者满意度、干预前后不良情绪评分。结果 观察组整体依从性90.0%明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.233,P<0.05)。观察组患者的平均就诊等待时间(25.4±6.6)min明显短于对照组(38.8±9.7)min,差异有统计学意义(t=10.215,P<0.001)。观察组患者对护理工作满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分明显更低,差异有统计学意义(t=19.306、19.690,P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀护理能显著提高门诊就诊患者的预约诊疗依从性、缩短患者就诊等待时间,将其应用于现代门诊相关工作中,能够提高临床门诊工作的护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of choosing humanistic care in the nursing of outpatients, and analyze its clinical application value. Methods Conveniently selected 160 patients from the outpatient department of Putian First Hospital from January to June 2019 as the research object, and divided them into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table, with 80 patients in each group.The observation group adopted humanistic care nursing mode, while the control group adopted conventional nursing mode.The two groups were compared in terms of compliance with appointment, waiting time for treatment,patient satisfaction, and scores of adverse emotions before and after intervention. Results The overall compliance of the observation group of 90.0% was significantly higher than the 75.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.233, P<0.05).The average waiting time of patients in the observation group was(25.4±6.6) min, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(38.8±9.7) min, the difference was statistically significant(t=10.215, P<0.001). The patients satisfaction with nursing work in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.902, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.306, 19.690, P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can significantly improve the compliance of outpatients’ appointments for diagnosis and treatment, and shorten the waiting time of patients. Applying it in modern outpatient related work can improve the nursing quality of clinical outpatient work.
