摘 要:目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒感染对大鼠肝功能和免疫功能的影响。方法 将40只SD大鼠随机分为模型组(乙型肝炎病毒感染大鼠模型)和对照组,每组各20只。观察并记录两组大鼠每日的摄食量、精神状态等生存状况,检测两组大鼠肝功能、免疫功能和炎症指标。结果 模型组大鼠精神状态差,反应迟钝,饮食偏少,体质量增长缓慢;对照组大鼠精神状态好,反应灵敏,饮食正常,体质量正常增长。与对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清天门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)和总胆红素(TBIL)水平均显著升高(P<0.05);CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞水平显著降低(P<0.05),CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞水平显著升高(P<0.05);肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平显著升高(P<0.05),干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 SD大鼠乙型肝炎病毒感染后肝功能指标异常、T淋巴细胞亚群失调、炎症因子表达失衡,进而导致肝功能受损,免疫功能紊乱。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection on liver function and immune function of rats. METHODS Totally 40 SD rats were randomly divided into the model group( models of rats with HBV infection) and the control group, with 20 rats in each group. The living conditions of the two groups of rats such as daily food intake and mental state were observed and recorded, and the liver function indexes, immune function indexes and inflammatory indexes were detected. RESULTS The rats of the model group showed poor mental status, slow response, low diet and slow growth in body weight;the rats of the control group showed good mental status, quick response, normal diet and normal growth in body weight. The levels of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and total bilirubin(TBIL) of the model group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T lymphocytes of the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), the CD8^(+)T lymphocyte level of the model group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) of the model group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), while the interferon-γ(IFN-γ) level of the model group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The SD rats with HBV infection show abnormal liver function indexes, imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets and unbalanced expression of inflammatory factors, which may lead to the damage of liver function and immune dysfunction.
