新一轮科技革命背景下我国体育赛事高质量发展趋向、问题与对策

摘　　要：采用文献资料、实地调查等方法,探析新科技革命下我国体育赛事高质量发展趋向、问题与对策。认为,新科技革命驱动体育赛事生产资料转型,表现为投入要素节约化与生产工具精准化;链群结构转型,产业链延长、价值链提升、创新链优化并形成“三链”交融;发展形态转型,由数字化、网络化、智能化向生态化升级演进;赛事消费转型,促进消费理念、模式、结构与内容升级。当前主要存在体育赛事发展与现代科技革新存在脱节、技术运用与实际操作的专业人才缺位、技术应用的现实追求与高质量发展目标相悖以及不当应用破坏赛事公平与信息数据泄露等问题。据此提出架构智能赛事生态系统,弥合现代科技与赛事脱节问题;加强专业人才的培训与培养,弥补体育赛事技术人才空缺;增加政府、社会与市场资金供给,平衡赛事技术投入与收益落差;建立体育赛事技术应用标准化,坚守赛事底线并规范发展。The study used the methods of literature and field investigation to explore the high-quality development trend,problems and countermeasures of sports events in China under the new scientific and technological revolution. The new scientific and technological revolution drives the transformation of the production materials of sports events,which is reflected in the saving of input factors and the precision of production tools;Chain group structure transformation,and the industrial chain extension,value chain improvement,innovation chain optimization form the "three chains" integration;Transformation of development form upgrades and evolutes from digital,networked and intelligent to ecological form;The consumption transformation of sports events will promote the upgrading of consumption concept,mode,structure and content.At present,there are many problems,such as the disconnection between the development of sports events and modern scientific and technological innovation,the absence of professionals in technology application and actual operation,the contradiction between the practical pursuit of technology application and the goal of high-quality development,and the improper application of technology undermining the faimess of sports events and touching the bottom line of the law.According to this,it is proposed:Build an intelligent event ecosystem to bridge the disconnect between modern technology and events;Strengthen the training and cultivation of professional talents to make up for the vacancy of technical talents in sports events;Increase the supply of funds from the government,society and the market,and balance the technical investment and income gap of the event;Establish standardization of sports events technology application,adhere to the bottom line of events and standardize development.
