中国篮球职业化进程中CBA裁判员执裁困境与提升策略研究

摘　　要：中国篮球职业化进程中,CBA裁判员对于维护CBA赛场秩序的和谐稳定、助推CBA品牌建设和篮球事业高质量发展意义重大。运用文献资料、实地调研和专家访谈等,探求职业化进程中CBA裁判员执裁困境的表现、成因与提升策略。目前,CBA裁判员队伍面临裁判员与教练员、球员关系不佳、观众对裁判员执裁认可度低、裁判员执裁负面舆论多、裁判员执裁水平下滑等执裁困境,CBA裁判员执裁困境成因主要源于裁判员职业化改革进程缓慢、裁判员自身业务能力有待提升、裁判员执裁权益保障有待完善、CBA联盟危机应对能力有待加强、联赛主体利益共同体意识缺乏等。基于此,提出以下提升策略:推进裁判员职业化改革,健全裁判员内部管理机制;加强对裁判员的培训力度,提高裁判员自身业务水平和职业素养;规范和约束裁判员执法权力,加强裁判员执法保障机制建设;营造良好的媒体宣传平台,不断提升联盟舆情危机应对能力,增强联盟舆情危机应对能力;培育联赛主体命运共同体意识,共同营造良好的执裁环境。In the process of professionalization of Chinese basketball,CBA referees are of great significance to maintain the harmony and stability of CBA arena order,boost CBA brand construction and high-quality development of basketball.Using the methods of literature,field research and expert interview,this paper explored the performance,causes and promotion strategies of CBA referees’dilemma in the process of professionalization.It is found that the CBA referees’team is currently facing many difficulties,such as the poor relationship between referees with coaches and players,the audience’s lower recognition of referees,more negative public opinions about referees’refereeing,and the decline of referees’refereeing level.The causes of CBA referees’dilemma are mainly due to the slow process of referees’professional reform,the referees’own profession ability needs to be improved,the referees’rights and interests need to be improved,the CBA alliance’s crisis response ability needs to be strengthened,and the lack of awareness of the league’s main interest community.Based on this,the following promotion strategies are put forward:promoting the professionalization reform of referees,improving the internal management mechanism of referees;strengthen the training of referees and improve their professional level and professional quality;standardizing and restricting the law enforcement power of refe rees,and strengthening the construction of law enforcement guarantee mechanism of referees;create a good media publicity platform,continuously improve the alliance’s public opinion crisis response ability,and enhance the alliance’s public opinion crisis response ability;cultivate the sense of community of shared destiny of the main body of the league and jointly create a good environment for judging.
