摘  要:为规范市域(郊)铁路盾构隧道断面设计理念及原则,结合国内市域(郊)铁路盾构设计相关案例,分别从轨道设计优化及不同国铁上线条件两方面展开讨论,得出轨道超高形式选择及不同国铁上线条件下的盾构断面建筑限界要求。主要结论如下:(1)考虑到排水沟渗漏对道床造成的腐蚀等影响,轨道下排水沟均建议采用更加安全的U形排水沟;(2)地下线隧道内径紧凑的情况下建议考虑采用外轨抬高超高值一半,内轨降低超高值一半的方法设置半超高,在隧道内径较大的地下线和高架及地面线采用全超高设置方式;(3)针对预留160 km及200 km两种国铁上线时速充分考虑了互联互通条件,得出了不同盾构断面建筑限界,避免了盾构断面过大或过小造成的工程浪费和使用风险。In order to standardize the design concept and principle of suburban railway Shield section,this paper,combined with the relevant cases of domestic suburban railway section design,discusses the optimization of track design and the on-line conditions of different national railways,and obtains the results of the selection of track superelevation form and the construction gauge of section under the on-line conditions of different national railways.The main conclusions include:(1)considering the corrosion of the track bed caused by the leakage of the drainage ditch,it is recommended to use a safer U-shaped drainage ditch under the track;(2)it is recommended to raise the outer rail superelevation by half when the inner diameter of the underground shield is compact,and lower the inner rail superelevation by half to achieve half superelevation setting.The full superelevation setting shall be adopted for the underground line,elevated line and ground line with large inner diameter of the shield;(3)According to the reserved speeds of 160 km/h and 200 km/h,the interconnection conditions are fully considered,and the construction limits of different sections are obtained so as to avoid engineering waste and use risk caused by excessive large or small shield sections.
