摘 要:为考察微球在油藏中的分布规律,以烯丙基荧光素(Flu)为荧光单体、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为耐温耐盐单体,通过反相微乳液聚合法与丙烯酰胺(AM)发生共聚反应合成一种油田用聚丙烯酰胺荧光纳米微球p(AM-AMPS-Flu)。利用红外光谱、电镜测试和激光粒度仪、荧光分光光度计对荧光微球的微观结构与荧光特性进行表征,同时采用岩心驱替实验装置对荧光微球的封堵效果进行评价。结果表明,该荧光微球质量浓度和相对荧光强度间呈正向线性关系。同时该荧光微球在不同停留时间、温度、pH、金属盐离子及油田化学剂下均具备稳固的荧光特性,表现出良好的耐温、耐盐、耐酸碱性和优异的配伍性。该荧光微球与普通聚丙烯酰胺微球相比具有良好的注入性和封堵能力,注入量为0.5%时封堵率可达88.67%。In order to clarify the distribution of microspheres in the oil reservoir,p(AM-AMPS-Flu),a kind of polyacrylamide fluorescent nano microspheres for oilfield,is synthesized through inverse microemulsion polymerization method with acrylamide as monomer,allyl fluorescein as fluorescent monomer and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid as temperature-resistant and salt-tolerant monomer.The microstructure and fluorescence characteristics of the obtained microspheres are characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy,electron microscopic test,laser particle size analyzer and fluorescence spectrophotometer,and the plugging effect of the microspheres is evaluated by using core displacement experiment device.The results show that there is a positive linear relationship between the mass concentration of the microspheres and the relative fluorescence intensity.These fluorescent microspheres have stable fluorescence characteristics under different residence time,temperature,pH,metal salt ions and oilfield chemicals,showing good temperature resistance,salt resistance,acid and alkali resistance and excellent compatibility.Compared with ordinary polyacrylamide microspheres,the synthesized microspheres have better injection and plugging abilities,with a plugging rate of 88.67%when the injection amount is 0.5%.
