摘 要:研究了MBR工艺在低温下对微污染水体的强化脱氮去除效果。结果表明,低温下MBR工艺的膜通量降低,影响产水量,但对COD的去除率不受影响,达57.9%,出水COD稳定在20 mg/L以下。在长污泥龄条件下,强化了硝化菌的抗冲击负荷能力,对氨氮的去除率高达95.6%,出水氨氮达到0.51±0.06 mg/L。证明了在低温条件下通过调整C/N可以提高系统对TN的去除效果,TN去除率显著上升到(73.1±3.6)%,出水TN可以控制在4.24±2.11 mg/L,可稳定达标排放。The enhanced nitrogen-removal effect of MBR process on slightly-polluted water at low temperature is studied.Results show that the membrane flux of MBR process drops at low temperature,which affects the production of water,however,the removal rate of COD is not affected,still reaching 57.9%,and the content of COD in effluent remains stable below 20 mg·L-1.Under the condition of long sludge age,the impact load resistance of nitrification bacteria is enhanced,the removal rate of ammoniacal nitrogen reaches as high as 95.6%,and the content of ammoniacal nitrogen in effluent is 0.51±0.06 mg·L-1.It is proved that the removal effect of total nitrogen by the system can be improved by adjusting C/N at low temperature,the removal rate of total nitrogen increases significantly to 73.1±3.6%,and the content of total nitrogen in effluent can be controlled at 4.24±2.11 mg·L-1,and the discharge can reach the standard steadily.
