摘 要:针对3 m左右采高综采工作面使用采煤机喷雾控降尘措施时沿煤壁一侧运移的高浓度粉尘危害严重、机面安装电动除尘风机空间受限的问题,提出了一种利用喷雾引射作为动力进行集中抽尘净化的除尘措施,并采用测试分析的方法对喷雾引射风量、引射效率与喷管直径、喷管长度、喷嘴张角、喷雾水量、喷雾压力之间的关系进行了研究,在此基础上研制出一种高度小于300 mm的机载多管组合式喷雾引射除尘器,其抽吸风量和负压可达到200 m^(3)/min和800 Pa以上,配合使用采煤机喷雾控降尘技术,可将采煤机逆风割煤时下风侧10 m处的呼吸性粉尘降尘效率提高至90%以上。When the coal winning machine is used for spray control dust removal on the fully mechanized mining face with mining height of about 3 m, the high-concentration dust migrating along one side of the coal wall is seriously harmful, and the space for installing the electric dust removal fan on the working face is limited. In view of these problems, a dust removal measure using spray injection as power for centralized dust extraction and purification was put forward, and the relationship between spray injection air volume, injection efficiency, nozzle diameter, nozzle length, nozzle opening angle, spray water volume and spray pressure was studied by means of test and analysis. On this basis, an airborne multi-tube combined spray injection dust collector with height of less than 300 mm is developed. The suction air volume and negative pressure can reach more than 200 m^(3)/min and 800 Pa. Combined with the technology of spray control dust reduction of coal winning machine, the dust reduction efficiency of respirable dust at 10 m downwind side of coal winning machine can be increased to more than 90%.
