摘　　要：健康风险是现代性风险的新形态。流行病的传播使健康风险表现出偶发性、隐匿性、社会性的特征。健康风险使科技变革与人类生命处于紧张关系之中。这种紧张关系体现为科技异化。科技异化是生命主体在生产、权力、生态、交往和消费等维度所表现出的异化“综合症”。科技变革只有遵循马克思主义的革命辩证法,才能解决以上问题,即科技革命是生产力变革与生产关系变革的统一,是社会存在演进与社会意识进步的统一,是生产方式创新与体制机制创新的统一。科技革命的最终目标是科技文明。因此,认清科技文明的实质是人类摆脱当前健康危机的理论前提,而构建人类卫生健康共同体则是实践之需。Health risk is a new form of modern risk.The spread of epidemic diseases makes the health risk show the characteristics of contingency,concealment and sociality.Health risk makes scientific and technological change and human life in a tense relationship.This tense relationship is reflected in the alienation of science and technology.The alienation of science and technology is a syndrome of alienation which is characterized by life subject in the dimensions of production,power,ecology,communication and consumption.Only by following Marx's revolutionary dialectics can we solve the above problems,that is,the scientific and technological revolution is the unity of productivity change and production relationship change,the unity of social existence evolution and social consciousness progress,and the unity of production mode innovation and system and mechanism innovation.The ultimate goal of scientific and technological revolution is scientific and technological civilization.Therefore,recognizing the essence of scientific and technological civilization is the theoretical premise for human beings to get rid of the current health crisis,and the construction of human health community is the need of practice.
