摘 要:对吸附脱硫过程中造成汽油辛烷值损失的关键因素进行了分析,在小试条件下,考察了工业吸附剂添加辛烷值助剂后,反应条件对脱硫汽油辛烷值损失的影响,并在工业装置上进行了应用。结果表明:造成脱硫汽油辛烷值降低的关键因素是汽油中大量C_(5)和C_(6)烯烃发生加氢饱和反应;与原工艺相比,在辛烷值助剂质量分数为20%,反应压力为2.4 MPa,反应温度为427℃的优化反应条件下,1.2 Mt/a工业装置汽油产品辛烷值损失从1.74降低为0.88,损失降低近50%。Key factors for octane number loss of gasoline products in adsorption desulfurization process were analyzed.The effect of reaction conditions on the octane number loss of gasoline was investigated in a small scale trial,in an industrial unit under the condition of adding octane number additives to industrial adsorbent. The results showed that the key factor that causing octane number loss of gasoline was due to massive saturation reaction of C_(5)and C_(6)olefins. Compared with the original process,under the optimized reaction conditions of octane number promotor′s mass fraction 20%, reaction pres sure 2.4 MPa, and reaction temperature 427 ℃, the octane number loss of gasoline of an 1.2 Mt/a industrial unit was reduced from 1.74 to 0.88, which was decreased approximately 50%.
