摘　　要：目的构建患者安全风险管理闭环式反馈控制管理模式,评价该管理模式在患者风险安全管理中和对护理安全管理工作效率中的效果。方法基于风险管理理论形成患者安全风险管理闭环式反馈控制管理模式,包括确认患者安全管理风险、确定各种风险的触发点并制定风险评估单(包括压疮、跌倒坠床、自杀自伤、走失、烫伤和管路滑脱风险单)、运用信息技术连续动态对风险进行评估和反馈式持续改进,比较2019年4月应用传统管理模式的150例患者(对照组)和2020年4月应用闭环式反馈控制管理模式的150例患者(观察组)的安全管理缺陷率和质控督查耗时、护士完成记录耗时的差异,并调查护士对两种管理模式的满意率。结果观察组患者安全管理缺陷率为6.0%(9/150)低于对照组的25.3%(38/150),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组质控督查耗时和完成记录耗时较对照组短,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护士对闭环式反馈控制管理模式的满意率(87.3%)高于传统管理模式的满意率(69.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究构建的患者安全风险管理闭环式反馈控制管理模式,使患者安全风险管理形成良性循环,护理缺陷发生率降低,护理安全管理工作效率提高并得到护理人员的认可,其具有信息化、智能化特点,值得在护理管理方面借鉴和运用。Objective To establish a closed-loop feedback control and management mode for the risk management in patient safety and to evaluate its effect.Methods Constructing a closed-loop feedback control management mode for patient safety risk management was based on risk management theory,including identifying the risk of patient safety management,determining the trigger points of various risks and developing risk assessment sheets(including pressure ulcer risk,fall and fall,suicide and self-injury,lost risk,scald risk and pipeline slip risk sheets),using information technology to continuously and dynamically assess the risks and continuous improvement with feedback.The differences of safety management defect rate,quality control inspection time and nurses'record time between 150 patients(control group)who applied the traditional management mode in April 2019 and 150 patients(observation group)who applied the closed-loop feedback control management mode in April 2020 were compared,and the satisfaction rate of nurses to the two management modes was investigated.Results The safety management defect rate in the observation group 6.0%(9/150)was lower than that in the control group(25.3%(38/150),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The time of quality control supervision and record completion in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of nurses to closed-loop feedback control management mode(87.3%)was higher than that of traditional management mode(69.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The closed loop feedback control and management mode for the risk management of patient safety constructed in this study can reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve the efficiency of nursing safety management.It has gained the recognition from nursing staff due to the fact that it has achieved a virtuous circle for risk managementin patient safety.Finally,it is character
