摘  要:针对链模成形工艺的特点,基于一步逆成形法提出了帽形件链模成形坯料线预示方法,该方法分析了帽形件成形前后的几何关系、计算了链模成形力和纵向拉力,并将纵向拉力等效到帽形件端面边界上,然后基于虚功原理建立了内外力平衡方程,根据线弹性反向变形理论获得了帽形件链模成形坯料线预示算法的迭代初始解,最后使用Newton-Raphson迭代法求解方程获得了帽形件坯料线。对某一车型梁形件的链模成形进行了有限元仿真与试验,验证了帽形件链模成形坯料线预示方法的准确性。Aiming at the characteristics of chain-die forming process,a prediction method of blank line for chain-die forming of hat-shaped parts was proposed based on one-step inverse forming method.The geometric relationship before and after the forming of hat-shaped parts was analyzed,the chain-die forming force and longitudinal tension were calculated,and the longitudinal tension was equivalent to the boundary of the end face of hat-shaped parts.Then the internal and external force balance equation was established based on virtual work principle,and the iterative initial solution of the prediction algorithm for blank line of chain-die forming for hat-shaped parts was obtained according to the theory of reverse linear elastic deformation.Finally,the blank line of hat-shaped parts was obtained by Newton-Raphson iteration solution equation.The finite element simulation and test of the chain-die forming of beam part of a car were carried out,and the accuracy of the prediction method of blank line for chain-die forming of hat-shaped parts was verified.
