摘 要:本文以某水利枢纽工程多道闸门为研究对象,采用VOF方法、UDF命令与动网格技术对其进行了数值模拟,得到了平板闸门闭门过程的水流流态与压力分布,发现随着开度减小,速度先增大后减小,压力先减小后增大,最值区域出现在开度0.6~0.7之间,最小平均压力27866Pa,最大平均压力36754Pa,揭示了水流流态与压力分布规律,随闸门开度减小会出现旋涡与水体分流现象,上下游顶缘压力均先减小后增大,下游底缘压力顺水流减小,上游底缘压力顺水流方向先减小后增大。研究了入口速度对水流流态的影响,发现入口流速不同对流道速度值有一定影响,对水流流态分布没有影响。In this paper,the multi-gate of a hydraulic complex project is taken as the research object,and numerical simulation is carried out by VOF method,UDF command and dynamic grid technology.The flow pattern and pressure distribution during the closing process of the flat gate are obtained.It is found that with the decrease of opening degree,speed increases first and then decreases,pressure decreases first and then increases.The maximum area appears between 0.6-0.7 opening degree.The minimum average pressure is 27866Pa and the maximum average pressure is 36754Pa.The flow pattern and pressure distribution law of water are revealed.With the decrease of gate opening,vortices and water diversion will occur.The pressure at upstream and downstream top edges decreases first and then increases.The pressure at downstream bottom edge decreases along the flow direction and the pressure at upstream bottom edge decreases first and then increases along the flow direction.The influence of inlet velocity on flow pattern is studied.It is found that different inlet velocity has some influence on the velocity value of flow channel and has no influence on the distribution of flow pattern.
