摘 要:洛宁抽水蓄能电站可研设计方案中引水系统弯段较多,隧洞开挖尺寸不一,不利于TBM的适用性和标准化。为此需要对线路进行标准化设计,提出一种适用于TBM施工的引水斜井布置方案。在压力管道水流惯性时间常数T_(w)值、水头损失以及钢衬最大直径与可研设计阶段推荐方案基本保持一致的前提下,初步拟定三种TBM施工设计方案。综合考虑结构设计及渗漏量、TBM施工连续性、开挖出渣、开挖费用、衬砌施工难度、安全风险以及设备推广适用性等因素后,对三种TBM施工设计方案进行全方位的分析比较,最终确定了将上斜井、中平洞、下斜井调整为一级斜井,采用开挖断面直径为7.2m的引水斜井TBM施工技术方案。In the original bidding design scheme of Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station,there are many curved sections of the diversion system and different excavation sizes of tunnels,which are not conducive to the applicability and standardization of TBM.It is necessary to standardize the design of the line and put forward a layout scheme of inclined shaft suitable for TBM construction.On the premise that the T_(W) value of the flow inertia time constant of the pressure pipeline,the head loss and the maximum diameter of the steel liner are basically consistent with the recommended scheme in the bidding design stage,three TBM construction design schemes are preliminarily formulated.Comprehensive consideration of structure designing and leakage,TBM equipment for construction,slagging,cost of TBM excavation,difficulty of lining construction,safety risk factors and equipment promotion applicability,three TBM construction design schemes are analyzed and compared in an allround way.Finally,the TBM construction technology scheme which the upper inclined shaft,the middle flat hole and the lower inclined shaft are adjusted to the first level inclined shaft is adopted with the excavation diameter of 7.2m.
