摘  要:为了研究烟尘净化装置作用下的粉尘浓度分布规律和装置的最优工作方式,以洛宁抽水蓄能电站洞室开挖工程为依托,利用数值模拟计算软件Fluent研究烟尘净化装置在不同位置的洞内粉尘浓度分布规律。研究结果表明:洞室内放炮后掌子面周围的粉尘浓度剧增,随着烟尘扩散,距离掌子面越远,粉尘浓度越低;净化装置的最优工作距离距掌子面20m,送风管的开启和关闭会对净化装置的工作效率产生影响,送风管开启时工作效率更高;当烟尘净化装置布置在距掌子面20m、送风管布置在距掌子面15m和送风管开启时是烟尘净化装置在洞室净化除尘的最优工作方式。In order to study the dust concentration distribution law under the action of the smoke and dust purification device and the optimal working mode of the device,relying on the excavation project of the Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station,the numerical simulation software Fluent is used to study the performance of the smoke and dust purification device in different locations.The dust concentration distribution law in the cave.The research results show that the dust concentration around the tunnel face increases sharply after the gun is fired in the cavern.As the smoke diffuses,the farther away from the tunnel face,the lower the dust concentration;the optimal working distance of the purification device is 20m from the tunnel face,and the air supply The opening and closing of the pipe wil affect the working efficiency of the purification device.When the air supply pipe is opened,the work efficiency is higher;when the smoke purification device is arranged at 20m away from the tunnel face,the air supply pipe is arranged at 15m away from the tunnel face and the air supply When the tube is opened,it is the best working method for the dust purification device to purify and remove dust in the cavern.
