摘　　要：工程项目管理信息系统的建设与应用是当代建筑工程的基础,同时也是决定整体工程项目质量的先决条件。本文整合现代化建筑项目整体的建设情况以及建设、管理需求,针对既有工程项目管理信息系统构建模式中存在的模拟精准度不足、安全性差等问题,依托于BIM相关软件与技术手段,提出基于BIM的工程项目管理信息系统构建模式。期望能为后续建筑工程提供一定经验参考与理论借鉴。The construction and application of the engineering project management information system is the foundation of the contemporary construction engineering,but also is the prerequisite to determine the overall quality of the engineering project.This paper integrates the overall construction situation of modern construction project and construction,management requirements,for the existing engineering project management information system construction mode,relying on BIM related software and technical means,put forward BIM based engineering project management information system construction mode.It is expected to provide some experience and theoretical reference for the subsequent construction projects.
