“一带一路”背景下武术国际化传播人才需求与培养对策研究

摘　　要：本文通过运用文献资料法以及逻辑分析法,重点关注武术国际化传播的人才需求和培养对策。研究发现,在武术国际化机遇与挑战并存的背景下,武术国际化传播亟需“外语+专业”式高素质人才、“民俗+知识”式本土化人才、“交往+教学”式传播型人才等复合型人才,并提出一系列专门化培养路径。Through literature review and logical analysis, this paper focuses on the talent demand and training countermeasures of wushu(martial arts) international communication. The study found that under the background of both opportunities and challenges of wushu internationalization, wushu internationalization communication urgently needs compound talents such as foreign language + professional high-quality talents, folk custom + knowledge localization talents and communication + teaching communication talents. A series of specialized training mechanism is proposed for talent cultivation.
