摘　　要：运用文献研究法、德尔菲法、数理统计法、逻辑归纳法等方法对武术核心素养进行了梳理与探析,发现问题并提出了应围绕“全面育人”的新导向,内容设计应体现对抗性、弘扬武术文化自信、运用礼文化良性元素等,在“礼仪+对抗”的基础上结合“删繁就简”“由表及里”“求同存异”等教学策略促进核心素养的养成。Through literature review, Delphi, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper sorts out and analyzes the core quality of wushu(martial arts). Problems are discovered and countermeasures are proposed which shall be based on the comprehensive talent cultivation. Content design shall show the quality of competitiveness, wushu cultural confidence and application of good cultural elements. The etiquette + competition teaching mode shall be combined with the teaching strategy of reducing complexity, exploring from external to internal meaning, seeking common points while reserving difference, which will promote the cultivation of core quality.
