摘　　要：形意拳是中华体育文化优秀民俗民间项目,起源于山西太谷,有着丰富的历史价值和文化内涵。通过了解形意拳的发展历程,领会其精神实质和思想内涵,汲取其中适应时代发展的道德精髓和精神动力,可以使之成为涵养大学生理想信念的重要源泉。Xingyiquan is an outstanding Chinese folk sport, which is originated from Taigu, Shanxi and contains rich historical value and cultural connotation. By understanding the development process of xingyiquan, comprehending its spiritual essence and ideological connotation, and absorbing its moral essence and spiritual power which adapts to the development of time, this paper believes that xingyiquan can become an important source of cultivating the ideal and faith education of university students.
