摘　　要：文章回顾了马大正先生40余年间著述《二十世纪中国边疆研究》《当代中国边疆研究(1949~2019)》《中国边疆学构筑札记》《中国边疆学构筑论衡》《中国边疆学八题》的历程,阐论了从萌生创设中国边疆学到构筑中国边疆学的学术实践,重申了中国边疆学研究应坚持用中国理论解决中国问题的初心;直面现实、深化中国边疆研究是边疆学人的责任担当;中国边疆学研究学术共同体建设的重要性和必要性,及其凝集、壮大途径和方法等问题的深层思考。This paper gives a historical review of Mr.Ma Dazheng’s academic works in the past forty years,including Studies on Chinese Borderlands in the 20thCentury,Contemporary Chinese Borderland Studiers(1949~2019),Reading Notes on the Construction of Chinese Borderland Studies,A Critique of the Construction of Chinese Borderland Studies,and Eight Topics on Chinese Borderland Studiers,all of which reveal his academic efforts and achievements,including the process from the initial idea of constructing Chinese Borderland Studiers to the academic construction of Chinese Borderland Studiers,the re-emphasis that Chinese Borderland Studies should remain true to its original mission in solving Chinese borderland problems with Chinese theories,and the obligation that the scholars involved should bear the responsibility of furthering the studies of Chinese borderlands in the face of the reality,the significance and necessity of the construction of an academic community for Chinese Borderland Studiers and deep reflections on the approaches to pooling academic efforts and providing more research choices and methods.
