动态社会均衡:多民族互嵌社区交融的内在逻辑——以云南省贡山县丙中洛村为例

摘　　要：多民族互嵌社区是我国多民族国家的缩影,探索多民族互嵌社区民族交融的内在逻辑,有助于推进和谐民族关系的构建。本文运用动态社会均衡理论框架,以云南省贡山县多民族互嵌的丙中洛为例,从四个维度分析多民族互嵌社区和谐社会运行的内在逻辑。首先,经济发展均衡既是各民族适应生存环境的结果,也是外部支持发挥作用的结果。经济发展均衡推动经济共同体的形成,奠定民族交融的基础条件。其次,以目标达成为共识,实现不同群体的“公共利益”,引领多民族互嵌社区的资源优化配置,建构社会和谐的交融格局。再次,不同主体的多维度整合,有效地协调区域内外的关系要素,推动资源、利益和价值观形成合力,有助于建构民族交融的系统性和整体性。最后,各民族文化的交流交融建构了文化维系机理,共筑“共有精神家园”的文化体系,通过文化维系保持持续动态社会均衡,保证民族交融系统的秩序稳定和正常运行。动态社会均衡剖析多民族互嵌社区民族交融的内在逻辑,既为促进学术界深入研究民族关系提供新思路,又为探索铸牢中华民族共同体意识的路径提供参考。Multi-ethnic inter-embedded communities are the epitome of China as a multi-ethnic country.Exploring the inner logic of ethnic fusion in multi-ethnic inter-embedded communities can help advance the mechanism of constructing harmonious ethnic relations.Using the framework of the dynamic social equilibrium theory in the case study of Binzhongluo Village in Gongshan County of Yunnan province,this paper discusses the inner logic of the harmonious social operation of multi-ethnic inter-embedded communities from four dimensions.Firstly,balanced development is not only the result of the economic development of each ethnic group adapting to the living environment,but also the result of the positive support from outside.The balanced economic development also promotes the formation of the economic community,which lays the foundation for ethnic fusion.Secondly,the“public interest”of different groups is obtained through the achievement of the shared goals,leading to the optimal allocation of resources in multi-ethnic communities and the construction of a harmonious,coordinated and cooperative pattern of ethnic integration.Thirdly,the multi-integration of different subjects helps coordinate the relational factors inside and outside the region,and promotes the integration of resources,interests and values,which is helpful for constructing the consistency and integrity of ethnic fusion.Finally,the cultural exchange and fusion of various ethnic groups helps construct the cultural identity and the cultural system of a“common spiritual home”,maintains a continuous and dynamic social balance through cultural maintenance,and ensures the order,stability and normal operation of the system.The use of dynamic social equilibrium for analyzing the internal logic of ethnic fusion in multi-ethnic inter-embedded communities not only provides new ideas for promoting in-depth research on ethnic relations in the academic circles,but also sheds much light on exploring the approaches to enhancing the consciousness of the community of the
