国内图书馆绩效、成效研究文献可视化分析

摘　　要：图书馆绩效、成效及其评价研究是图书馆完善资源配置、提升服务质量的重要依据,从相关文献入手了解学者们的研究成果,有利于研究的深入开展。文章利用软件对《中文社会科学引文索引》数据库中的相关文献进行可视化分析,识别领域重要知识来源,把握研究热点及其演化趋势。分析结果表明,国内学者的研究涉及图书馆、情报与文献学、管理学、教育学等学科,研究热点集中于高校图书馆、公共图书馆、绩效评价、绩效评估、指标体系等方面。关键词聚类结果显示高校图书馆、公共图书馆的研究各有侧重点。The study of library performance,outcome and evaluation is an important basis for library to improve resource allocation and service quality.To understand the research results of scholars from literature is conducive to the in-depth development of related research.This paper uses software to visually analyze related literature in Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index database,identify important knowledge sources in the field,and grasp research hotspots and their evolutionary trends.Analysis results show that the domestic scholars’research involves library,intelligence and philology,management,education and other subjects,research hotspot focused on university library,public libraries,index system of performance evaluation,performance evaluation,etc.The keyword clustering results show that the research of university library and public library have their own emphases.
