服役期城市水下隧道的水害防治策略研究

摘　　要：彻底防治水害是城市水下隧道面临的难题。文章结合气候变化愈加异常、“海绵城市”与“韧性城市”的发展理念逐步推广、信息技术更新速度加快等新时代特征,主要研究城市水下隧道服役期的水害防治策略。建议统筹防治施工期水害与服役期水害,统筹防治常规天气水害与极端天气水害,统筹规划隧道水害防治与城市环境治理,在水害防治中充分利用先进的信息化手段。应用这些策略可以提高城市水下隧道的水害防治效果。It is a difficult problem for the urban underwater tunnel to prevent the water disaster completely.Under the background of the increasingly abnormal climate change,the gradual spread of the development concepts of“sponge cities”and“resilient cities”,and the acceleration of the renewal of information technology in the new era,the water disaster control strategies of the urban underwater tunnel during its service period are studied emphatically.The control of water disaster during construction period and service period should be planned as a whole,the control of water disaster during normal weather and extreme weather should be planned as a whole,the control of water disaster in tunnel and the control of urban environment should be planned as a whole,and the advanced information means should be fully used in the control of water disasters.These strategies can be applied to improve the effectiveness of water disaster control of the urban underwater tunnel.
