摘  要:高校图书馆应该开放对校外人员的服务工作,充分发挥文化阵地的作用。文章简要介绍了中国石油大学(华东)图书馆校外读者的概况,阐述了校外读者日常的纸质档案管理、电子档案管理存在信息更新不及时、图书超期未还和资源建设参与度低的问题,提出解决办法:分析校外读者行为,有针对性地进行信息补充;定期整理校外读者的借阅信息,培养诚信意识;加强沟通和合作,提高校外读者参与文献资源建设的积极性;依托校内职工,督促校外读者按时归还图书;发挥母校情谊,增强校友归属感。University libraries should be open to the social people in order to exert the function of culture battlefield. This article provides a brief description of China University of Petroleum(East China) Library’s external readers, and also expounds the present situation and the problems of external readers’ paper archives administration and electronic archives administration, such as information is not timely update, some books are overdue and low participation in resource construction. It has pointed out five methods of improving external readers’ archives administration, such as analyzing the behaviors of external readers to provide targeted information supplement;regularly sorting out the borrowing information of external readers to cultivate the sense of integrity;increasing the enthusiasm of external readers’ participation in document resources building through communication, supervising and urging external reader to return books on time by our teachers, enhancing alumni’ sense of belonging to alma mater.
