摘 要:文章依托广州地铁工程的长期监测数据,对于盾构施工连续穿越复合多样性地层的衬砌变形进行了分析。54组净空收敛、拱顶沉降数据表明本工程穿越砾岩、含砾砂岩等地层时,拱顶沉降、净空收敛最大分别为-9.4 mm和-8.6 mm;穿越砾岩、含砾砂岩等地层时,拱顶沉降、净空收敛最大分别为-4.1 mm和-4.5 mm;不同区段的监测最大值均小于本工程的拱顶沉降、净空收敛预警值与控制值。文章分析结果表明,本工程施工控制较为良好,可为类似工程提供参考。Based on the long-term monitoring data of Guangzhou metro project, this paper analyzes the deformation of the lining of the shield tunneling through the complex and diverse strata. 54 groups of clearance convergence and vault settlement data show that when the project passes through conglomerate, pebbly sandstone and other strata, the maximum clearance convergence and vault settlement are-9.4 and-8.6 mm, respectively. When crossing conglomerate, pebbly sandstone and other strata, the maximum arch settlement and clearance convergence are-4.1 and-4.5 mm, respectively. The maximum monitoring values of different sections are less than the arch settlement, clearance convergence warning value and control value of the project. The analysis results show that the construction control of this project is relatively good, which can provide reference for similar projects.
