摘　　要：文章整理了2014—2021年江苏省医学情报研究所10 824项科技查新项目档案材料,构建江苏省医药卫生科技查新项目数据库,从查新数量、查新目的、查新范围、学科分布、委托单位类别及地区分布等方面进行分类与统计,揭示江苏医药卫生科研项目的研究热点、分布特征等情况。通过分析发现,江苏省医疗卫生科研工作发展中存在着一些不足之处,如高质量科研项目占比少、学科发展不均衡、地区之间科研力量差异大、市级以下医疗机构科研力量较弱等,需引起科研管理部门的高度重视及获得政策推动。The article sorted out the archives of 10 824 sci-tech novelty search projects of Jiangsu Province Institute of Medical Information from 2014 to 2021, built the database of medical and health sci-tech novelty search projects in Jiangsu province, classified and counted from the aspects of novelty search quantity, novelty search purpose, novelty search scope, discipline distribution, types of entrusted units and regional distribution, and revealed the research hotspots and distribution characteristics of medical and health scientific research projects in Jiangsu province. Through analysis, it is found that there are some deficiencies in the development of medical and health research work in Jiangsu province, such as the low proportion of high-quality scientific research projects, the uneven development of disciplines, the large difference in scientific research strength between regions, and the weak scientific research strength of medical institutions below the municipal level, which need to be highly valued and promoted by the scientific research management department.
