摘　　要：图书档案管理是图书馆管理的重要组成部分。知识管理作为当今社会的一种新型管理形式,在人类的生产生活中发挥着重要的作用。文章对知识管理在图书馆档案管理中的应用进行了探讨。首先对图书馆档案管理现状进行了分析,接着论述了知识管理的内涵和功能以及知识管理在图书馆档案管理中的具体应用,最后提出了图书馆档案管理应用知识管理的优化措施,为今后知识管理与图书档案管理相结合的研究提供了参考。The management of books and archives is an important part of library management. As a new form of management in today’s society, knowledge management plays an important role in human production and life. This paper discusses the application of knowledge management in library archives management. First, analyzes the current situation of library archives management, then discusses the connotation and function of knowledge management, as well as the specific application of knowledge management in library archives management, and puts forward the optimization measures for the application of knowledge management in library archives management, providing reference for the future research on the combination of knowledge management and library archives management.
