摘　　要：水电厂各项安全生产工作都是基于班组而展开,运行班组是水电厂最基层管理单元也是主体单元之一,因此运行班组的安全文化建设对水电厂的安全生产工作至关重要。从运行班组安全文化建设的重要性、安全文化建设与实践过程、取得的成果三方面阐述了水电厂运行班组安全文化建设与实践工作。All the safety production work for a hydropower plant is carried out based on teams.Operation team is the most basic management unit and one of the main units of a hydropower plant.Therefore,the safety culture construction of operation team is crucial to the safety production work of a hydropower plant.The construction and practice of safety culture of an operation team in a hydropower plant are expounded from three aspects:the importance of the construction of safety culture of operation team,the construction and practice process of safety culture,and the achievements achieved.
