针刺作用量-效关系研究与针灸精准治疗:转化医学视角

摘　　要：针刺治疗方案的组成涉及取穴组方、留针时间、针刺频次、针刺手法等关键要素,这些关键要素的精准化程度对针灸临床疗效具有重要影响,而这些关键要素的精准确定需要以针刺作用量-效关系为指导。本文探讨了针刺作用量-效关系的基本概念、基本内容及其与针灸精准治疗方案的关系。针灸临床治疗方案的精准化、规范化不是对丰富的临床经验的否定,而是在临床经验基础上的超越。针刺作用量-效关系是针刺效应随影响针刺作用的每一种关键要素量化变化而变化的规律,其主要内容包括:组方穴位量-效关系、针刺手法量-效关系、针刺作用时-效关系。The acupuncture treatment scheme contains several key elements including acupoint selection and prescription, duration of needle retention, treatment frequency, needling manipulation technique, etc. which have, in precision degree, an important influence on the clinical efficacy, and their precise determination needs the guidance of the dose-effect relationship of acupuncture stimulation. In the present article, we discuss the basic concept and content of the dose-effect relationship of acupuncture and analyze its relationship with the precise treatment scheme. The precision and standardization of clinical treatment scheme of acupuncture are definitely not the negation of rich clinical experience, but rather, they are the transcendence of rich clinical experience. The dose-effect relationship of acupuncture is the rule that the acupuncture effect changes with the quantitative change of each key element, and its main contents include: the dose-effect relationship of acupoint prescription, the dose-effect relationship of needling manipulation, and the time-effect relationship of acupuncture.
