摘 要:旨在解决建筑群或某区域内全部建筑的采光与视觉舒适度总体评价的问题,并据此提出建筑群空间布局优化设计方法,本文将采光阈占比(SDA)、年日照时数(ASE)的应用对象拓展至建筑群或城市设计尺度,并形成优化设计方法。以华南地区某学校为例,对10种空间布局的教学楼总体采光效果进行比较择优,明确最优方案的空间特征。结论为:1)通过SDA和ASE可以评价建筑群总体采光与视觉舒适度水平;2)通过“空间布局—建筑设计—立面遮阳”三个阶段的优化设计提升教学楼总体采光和视觉舒适度水平;3)所提出的总体评价模型与优化设计方法可为绿色校园规划提供科学依据。The goal of this paper is to solve the problem of the overall evaluation of daylight and visual comfort of all buildings in a building group or an area,and to propose an optimal design method for the spatial layout of a building group based on this evaluation.This paper extends the application objects of SDA and ASE to building groups or urban design scale,and forms an optimal design method.This research took a school in South China as an example,comparing the overall daylight performance of 10 spatial layouts of school buildings to clarify the spatial characteristics of the best design.As results:1)the overall daylight and visual comfort level of the building groups can be evaluated by SDA and ASE;2)the overall daylight and visual comfort level of the school building can be improved through the optimized design of the three stages of“spatial layout-architectural design-facade shading”;3)the proposed overall evaluation model and optimized design method can provide a scientific basis for green campus planning.
