摘 要:目的研究腐蚀环境下“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片的腐蚀防护性能,方法:开展典型“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片的加速腐蚀环境试验,加速腐蚀试验共20个周期,从宏观和微观两个方面分析“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片腐蚀形貌,应用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析微观腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物,分析“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片在腐蚀环境下的腐蚀防护性能。结果:研究表明,通过20个周期的实验室加速腐蚀试验,“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片试验件没有出现腐蚀疲劳破坏,试验件轴承附近出现面积较大的点蚀坑。结论:选用合理的防护体系,腐蚀环境下典型“铝-钛-铝”三层结构复合耳片耐蚀性较好,对于“铝-钛-铝”三层结构在腐蚀环境下的应用推广有重要意义。Objective To study the corrosion protection performance of"aluminum-titanium-aluminum"threelayer structure composite ear piece in corrosive environment.Methods:The accelerated corrosion environment test of typical"aluminum titanium aluminum"three-layer structure composite ear piece was carried out.The accelerated corrosion test lasted for 20 cycles.The corrosion morphology of aluminum titanium aluminum three-layer structure composite ear piece was analyzed from both macro and micro aspects.The micro corrosion morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The corrosion products were analyzed,and the corrosion protection performance of the"aluminum-titanium-aluminum"three-layer structure composite lug in the corrosive environment was analyzed.Results:The research shows that through 20 cycles of accelerated corrosion test in the laboratory,the"aluminum-titanium-aluminum"three-layer structure composite lug test piece did not show corrosion fatigue damage,and a large area of pitting corrosion pits appeared near the bearing of the test piece.Conclusion:The typical"aluminum-titanium-aluminum"three-layer structure composite ear piece has good corrosion resistance in corrosive environment by selecting a reasonable protective system,which is of great significance for the application and promotion of the"aluminumtitanium-aluminum"three-layer structure in corrosive environment.
