摘　　要：目的分析深圳市MSM利用口腔黏膜渗出液快速检测(简称口腔自检)试剂进行HIV检测的使用情况及相关影响因素。方法2019年9月至2021年12月,通过微信网络、同伴动员等方式招募深圳市≥18岁且过去1年内发生过同性口交或肛交性行为的男性,利用在线问卷收集目标人群的社会人口学信息、性行为特征、口腔自检试剂使用情况等信息。结果共纳入841名研究对象,其中128名(15.22%)曾做过HIV口腔自检。口腔自检试剂获取途径主要为网店购买和社会组织发放,分别占41.41%(53/128)、32.03%(41/128)。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,大专及以上学历(OR=2.51,95%CI:1.06~5.97)、通过网络寻找性伴(OR=3.13,95%CI:1.24~7.92)是MSM使用HIV口腔自检试剂的促进因素。结论深圳市MSM HIV口腔自检率偏低,文化程度、性伴寻找方式可影响该人群HIV口腔自检试剂的使用。建议开通基于互联网的HIV口腔自检试剂申请渠道,提高HIV口腔自检的覆盖面以期进一步扩大HIV检测。Objective To analyze the application of oral fluid HIV rapid test(oral HIV self-test)among MSM in Shenzhen and to explore its related factors.Methods From 2019.9 to 2021.12,male participants meeting the following criteria were recruited through the WeChat contact network or peer mobilization:living in Shenzhen city;aged≥18 years;having oral or anal intercourses with homosex partners in the past one year.Information on sociodemographic characteristics,sexual behaviors,and oral HIV self-test was collected using an online questionnaire.Results Of 841participants,128(15.22%)used oral HIV self-test.Online purchase and distribution by social organizations were the primary sources for obtaining oral HIV self-test kits,which accounted for 41.41%(53/128)and 32.03%(41/128),respectively.The multivariate logistic analysis showed that educational status of college and above(OR=2.51,95%CI:1.06-5.97)and seeking sexual partners through the internet(OR=3.13,95%CI:1.24-7.92)were the facilitators of the use of oral HIV self-test.Conclusions A small proportion of individuals have used oral HIV self-test among MSM in Shenzhen city.Education and seeking sexual partners may impact the use of oral HIV self-test.Therefore,the channel of applying for oral HIV self-test kits should be established to enhance the coverage of oral HIV self-test to expand HIV testing coverage.
