摘　　要：随着ART的应用,HIV/AIDS患者的预期寿命延长。在艾滋病治疗方案日趋成熟和全球艾滋病快速蔓延趋势得到遏制的背景下,HIV/AIDS患者与年龄相关的慢性非传染性疾病(NCD)的患病率在逐年上升,并造成了巨大的社会经济负担。本文就HIV/AIDS患者主要慢性病的流行病学特征、疾病负担、疾病整合干预等进行综述,旨在为未来HIV/AIDS患者合并NCD的研究提供新思路。The life expectancy of people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA) has significantly increased due to the development of ART. In the context of maturing HIV-treatment programs and the containment of the rapid global spread of AIDS, the prevalence of age-related non-infectious chronic disease(NCD), which is causing a substantial social and economic burden of PLWHA, has increased over the years. This article reviews the epidemiological characteristics,disease burden, and disease care of the main NCD of PLWHA to provide new views for future comprehensive research on HIV-associated NCD.
